Abstract:
In recent years, predetermined time systems have become an indispensable tool in industrial engineering in all developed countries. Even though the term seems to imply that these systems can be used only for the determination of production times, it has become evident that they are even more useful in other areas of industrial engineering. The writer concludes by offering an example of the use of one of the predetermined time systems in a timber industry.
