Title:

Kibernetic system management in veneered furniture production

Authors:
Research subject and fields:
Abstract:

In the large Market - Production system we have tried to represent a subsystem, i. e. we have tried to describe production system management by applying system theory. Technological production system of veneered furniture taken as a typical example has been divided into several subsystems:

- rough machine woodworking

- fine machine woodworking

- interphase store of elements and groups of elements

- surf ace treatment

- mounting or the whole technological process has been divided into two parts:

- to the elements and groups of elements stare and from the elements and groups of elements store.

This technological system may be so organized on condition that there exists:

1. A definite and precisely determined production programme.

2. Standardization on all levels and fields

3. Calculations of relations in production programme.

4. Stock calculation.

These conditions enable the production to be organized in kibernetic system applying the feed back circuits in order. to control and maintain the system in a desired state as one of the possible aims. All this is represented on block diagram.
