Abstract:

In the process of conversion of solid wood components there is a high
percentage of operations which could be effected by a system of group of workers
on the moulding machine with guide, the moulding machine without guide, the
moulding machine after the templet, by cutting, sanding etc.
The problem is how to achieve the optimum performance of operation, i. e .
what are those minimum inputs [min F(X)] to enable the maximum output
[max F(Y)]. In this interval between the input -and the output it is necessary to
carry out several actions such as: to define the problem, to analyze the existing
condition, to analyze efficiency of existing condition, to set an aim as a hypothesis
for a better condition and to make out a calculation of effects between the
existing and the new condition.
The task of this work is to demonstrate these actions on an example.
