Abstract:

The work deals with the problems comprising three methods of the determination of the workmanship cycles in furniture production. Duration of workmanship cycles is the function of operation and inter-operation times Tc = f (To ; Tm) and of the manner of moving the workpiece in the process of workmanship. It has been established that gradually discontinued process stipulates the longest cycles, while parallelly continued process, so called linear, stipulates the shortest workmanship cycles. In one factory having two furniture assortments in their production program, the actual workmanship cycles have been registered Ts, the information were classified and statistically worked out and prepared in a form of a chart, for making the practical estimate of workmanship cycles Ts. On the basis of made examples with the estimates on the method I with the coefficient of flow, II with the interval estimate of waiting the mean value and III with the method of regressive analysis, it has been concluded that the results of the individual estimate differ and depend on technological conditions of production. Priority is given to the methods of the interval estimates and regressive analys is.
