Predryers - dryers in modern wood processing technology

This article gives a review of the development of a technological idea of predrying-drying process. This development is run in three phases. In its third (ultimate) phase it has reached the characteristics of conventional dryers, taking into account the initial idea of predrying. From such method of predrying-drying development of technology that includes in itself the following assumptions: drying - storing - forming a work order, logically arises a technical solution of chambers being capacitated on a principle of daily modulus of production. Such technological method of drying has been fitted into integral technology of the whole woodworking enterprise for optimum economy. It, what is more, enables the sawmill and final technology to develop further in those parts which come into direct contact in the technological course of primacy conversation over the drying process to the final manufacture.
