Influence of resin distribution over chips on quality and manufacture of particle boards

The work comprises the problems of resin spraying in production of particle board. The process of chips bonding and all influential factors during coating of resin on chips at different parameters have been studied. The work contains the details about various mixing apparatus, system of work and its influence on the quality of final product. Connection between the quantity of coated resin and size of mixing chips has been mathematically expressed. Simple mathematic examples illustrate the probability of resin distribution. Finally the graphs evidence the influence of resin distribution on the properties of particle boards.
