Abstract:
The author discusses the problem of formaldehyde emission from particleboards used in dwellings and for other purposes. The influence of carbamide-formaldehyde resin compound on net-Iike formation of resin and particleboard properties has been explained and factors influencing liberation of formaldehyde from particleboard given.
