Some characteristics of preliminary work in production of furniture and possibilities of its improvement

The aim of this research study was to define the system of furniture production, its sub-systems, connections between them and to determine the time periods necessary for individual activities. The purpose of this research work was to make a model for production of cabinet furniture with the shortest cycle in the interval from making a plan to delivery of finished product and to suggest a model of cybernetically controlled process as one of possible improvements of preliminary work as well as of complete production system of furniture.
