Title:

Efect of control system methods on stock of finished products in production of furniture

Research subject and fields:
Abstract:

An investigation has been made of the effect of control system methods on stock of finished products in production of furniture and it shows how the control system methods can have an effect on stock: conventional control system method requires the stock in the quantity of two to four months production; conventional control system method based on cybernetic principles requires the stock in the quantity of three to four week production; cybernetic control system method with data processing requires the stock in the quantity of three to five days production. The cybernetic control system method with data processing and electronically operated process of production requires no stock at all, i.e. no warehouse of finished products is required, there is only a space for completion of daily products and loading into transportation facilities.
