Abstract:
The article deals with development of control system and its application in work organizations in wood industry of the SR of Croatia. The level of organizing has been closely linked to better production results and business activities. The largest problem in carrying out of a more progressive systems, besides a number of objective factors, is man - expert - selfmainager - who is going to accept modern methods and change the practice he was using so far.
