Surface improvement of particleboards by quick pressing

One of conditions for application of particleboards in furniture industry is surface improvement of particleboards. By application of artlficial materials surface improvement has become simpler and technology of improvement has developed quickly. Exactly for its simplicity and for large capacity at relatively low consumption of energy this rapid method of improvement by means of paper impregnated with synthetic resins can be met in almost all particleboards mills. This paper demonstrates a flow of surface improvement by the rapid method as well as some tehnological solutions for shortening of pressing cycle, i.e. enlarging of capacities.
