Abstract:
The paper deals with a question of productivity and efficiency in the existing production structure of finished wood industry in the SFRY which is compared with the structure of wood industry in the Western countries. The emphasis is put on division of labour and technology through building of specialistic production as a top form of organization of economy on a common product level. The last chapter of this work illustrates effects of division of labour and specialization on rationalization of transport in desired integral wood industrial economy and in terms of undivided Yugoslav market.
