Adjustment of employee evaluation in wood processing company Zvolen Corp.

This paper deals with the modification of a new system for the assessment of employees in the wood processing company Zvolen, Corp. Assessment criteria are suggested and described on the basis of previous system analysis. At the end of this paper, benefits enjoyed by the company after a successful implementation of the new system of assessment are presented.
