Contribution to projecting system improvement and to working out in detail of principles and criteria for personal income distribution in woodworking industry

The prevailed practice in woodworking industry has not wanted very much work criteria but the lack of complete solutions has been present so that even existing criteria could not have the significance which was needed and possible to obtain. ln this way different criteria for work results evaluation (norm, the so called stimulation allowances etc.) have been applied apart from common work results frames in enterprises so uncritically that the criteria have grown into principles. In such circumstances a general model setting for founding up distribution system in woodworking industry has been indispensable. The article aims to give contribution to founding up distribution system improvement with realisation phases, the principles and criteria for job evaluation adjusted to woodworking industry particularities.
