Testing of glued »postforming« constructions for kitchen furniture

This paper reviews the »postforming« constructional forms for kitchen furniture manufactured in the world, and then reviews the quality requirements and criteria with allowed deviations. In order to establish a quality level of domestic »postforming« constructions, the samples have been made of which accuracy of dimensions and shapes, stability of plane surfaces, moisture and high temperatures resistance, ungluing strength of panel covering and scratch resistance of the surface have been tested. It has been established that by application of quality material in the existing plants conditions the component units can be manufactured by the »postforming« method complying with the world quality criteria.
