Gluing of fir with lignin-based adhesives using the conventional and the RF-method

The study presents a new approach to the gluing of fir samples by the activation of autohesive forces in wood followed by the application of four types of lignin based adhesives. Conventional and RF curing methods were used in the experiment. The samples exhibited good initial strength and satisfactory water resistance.
